First, the use of matters needing attention:

Second, charge and discharge:

1. 12v lithium ion battery can only be charged with a suitable charger.

1. Charging current:

2. Charging voltage:

3. Charging temperature:

The battery must be charged within the ambient temperature range specified in this specification. Charging with constant current and constant voltage, reverse charging is prohibited. If the positive and negative terminals of the battery are reversed, the battery may be damaged.

4. Discharge current:

The discharge of the battery should be lower than the maximum discharge current specified in the product specification. High discharge current may significantly reduce the discharge capacity or cause overheating.

5. Discharge temperature:

Battery discharge must be performed within the ambient temperature range specified in this specification.

6. Overdischarge:

It should be noted that if the 12v lithium ion battery is not used for a long time, the battery will be in an overdischarged state due to its self-discharging characteristics. To prevent over-discharge, the battery should be charged periodically, between 10.8V and 11.7V. Excessive discharge can result in loss of battery performance, characteristics, or battery function. The charger shall be equipped with a cut-off range as specified in the product specification for the device to prevent further discharge.

In case the (individual) battery voltage does not rise to 3V within the pre-charge time, the charger should have the function of stopping further charging and indicating that the battery/battery pack is in an abnormal state.

7. Store the battery:

If the 12v lithium ion battery is stored for a long time (more than 1 month), the environmental conditions should be: temperature: 23 ± 5 ° C humidity: 65 ± 20% RH, long-term storage voltage should be in the range of 10.8V ~ 11.7V.

Five, the warranty period:

The 12v lithium ion battery warranty period is 2 years from the date of shipment. In the case of guarantee replacement, the reason must be the battery manufacturing process, not the improper use of the customer.

8. Other chemical reactions:

Since the 12v lithium ion battery uses a chemical reaction, even if it is stored in a battery, the performance of the 12v lithium ion battery deteriorates with time and has not been used for a long time. In addition, if the various operating conditions such as charging, discharging, and the environment are not within the prescribed range, the life expectancy of the battery may be shortened, and the device using the battery may be damaged by the electrolyte leakage. If the battery cannot be charged for a long time, even if it is properly charged, it may be time to replace the battery.
